We
will dispatch the equipment on order within 4 to 6 weeks from the date of
receipt of technically and commercially clear order together with advance
payment. However, the exact time of dispatch will be confirmed at the time of
receipt of order based on our order book as and that date.
The
equipment is warrantee for 12 months from the date of commissioning or 15
months from the date of dispatch, whichever is earlier. It should be clearly
understood that this Warrantee is against any manufacturing defects, If any The
consumable such as rubber parts coil semi conductor like I.G.B.T. Diodes etc.
are not covered under warranty. Our liability is only repairing the equipment
or replacing it free of cost. Any loss or accidents caused by equipment are not
covered under this warrantee.
This
warranty is valid only if (i) the equipment is commissioned and serviced by our
engineer, (ii) the equipment is used as per our guidelines and (iii) genuine
spare parts supplied by us are used by you.
This
warranty may elapse if the customer is found to be using components from any
other sources or manufactured by himself without Microtech Inductions India Pvt. Ltd.
express written permission or has tampered any of the setting of the system.
